SHIPPING POLICY

Filling and Feeling will deliver flowers to the address and at the time provided by the customer within our working hours (from 9 am to 6 pm). The product is always packed carefully, moisturized, suitable for transportation by motorbike or car. Besides, we can deliver on Sunday if the customer already do a reservation. 

We will have free delivery for orders within 15 kilometers (urban). If the delivery addresses far from 15 kilometers, we will add an extra fee for shipping, or customers need to pay the shipping if the customer agrees to use the delivery service such as Grab, Be, Gojek, Ahamove,... 

Filling and Feeling will not deliver mini bouquets or stems to customers. We encourage customers to pick up at the shop.

 

Note:

- We always call the recipient before the delivery, if we can not contact the customers after the first call, we will have the right to decide the time and method of delivery later in the spirit of the agreement with the recipient when contacted.

- In case the shipper arrives but cannot contact the recipient, we only wait for up to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, when the order has been returned, if the contact is successful for delivery, the order will be charged one more ship fee.

- If the delivery at the rush hour (4:30 - 6:30 pm), please accept the flower delivery time difference within 60 minutes.

- If the shipper is instructed to deliver flowers to the receptionist/ the security, the shop will not be responsible for the product afterward.

 

RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer can contact the store so the staff can come to support the customer by changing the product or returning the item and get a refund.
